For first-time cleans; I will reach out after the clean has been done to make sure everything is great! After we chat I will then send your invoice through email.

You will have the chance to pay your invoice directly online. You can pay by debit, credit, or e-transfer.

Can I cancel my scheduled cleaning?2024-09-24T12:27:29+00:00

If you need to cancel a clean; we ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible.
If you cancel within 24 hours of a clean we ask that you pay 75% of the normal fee, as we won’t be able to book anything in the place of your clean with such short notice.

For Holidays; we try to reschedule people the best we can. Sometimes clients opt to skip cleaning and other times we will book them in for the closest day possible.

What if I have an issue with the cleaning?2024-09-24T12:22:51+00:00

After your clean; if there is a problem with anything or you see anything missed, please let me know within 24 hours so that we can make it right. I will either send someone out to fix it or I will come out. Unfortunately, if problems aren’t reported within 24 hours of the clean, we will not be able to fix it and you will be charged the full clean.

Can I stay home during the cleaning?2024-09-24T12:30:55+00:00

We ask that you give the cleaners the space needed to do their thing and if possible, you retire to a different level of the house or leave the house for the duration of the clean.

What if someone in my family (or your cleaner) is sick?2024-09-24T12:54:52+00:00

If anyone is under the weather in the household then we will make arrangements to reschedule and the same goes if your cleaner is not well.

Do I need to supply equipment / supplies?2024-09-24T12:30:05+00:00

The girls will bring their own equipment and supplies. They will bring the cleaners that work best. If you know that you want eco-friendly products, please specify before your clean.

Will I receive a reminder?2024-09-24T12:29:11+00:00

You will be sent an automated email three days before your clean, as a reminder. If you have a mobile number on file with us, you will be sent an automated text one day before your clean.
