Routine cleans include:
BATHROOMS
Sinks, toilets, shower stalls and tubs are cleaned and sanitized Cupboard fronts, counter tops, knobs and switches are cleaned and sanitized Window sills and baseboards wiped Glass, mirrors and chrome are cleaned and shined Doors are spot wiped shutters dusted Garbage emptied
KITCHEN
Cupboard fronts, counter tops, knobs and switches cleaned and sanitized Backsplash and kickplates wiped Appliance exteriors wiped down and handles sanitized Microwave inside cleaned Stove top cleaned Baseboards dusted shutters dusted Garbage emptied
BEDROOMS and other LIVING SPACES
Strip beds prior to our arrival and leave fresh bedding and we will make up beds; if not we will make bed with origianl bedding Decor and hard surfaces will be dusted Baseboards and floors vacuumed and mopped Doors and walls spot wiped light fixtures and fans dusted if we can reach Switches and knobs sanitized
First time cleans:
First time cleans can span from very few hours (immaculately kept homes) to 12 or more hours (lots of dust/fur buildup) Sometimes clients do not want to pay for a whole house deep clean and choose to pay for a certain number of hours. They will give us a list of priorities in sequence that our team can work through accordingly. We don’t suggest this option because sometimes the customers expectations go beyond what our team can actually accommodate in the time given. We are professionals and you are paying us to clean your home. It is a much better option to go with a whole house deep clean; especially when starting with biweekly or monthly routine cleans moving forward.
If a client does choose to pay our team for a specific amount of time we ask their permission to take before and after pictures of the areas covered. We also ask them to read and agree to what is discussed. This is to prevent our clients coming back to us saying “we thought more would get done in the amount of time we gave you.”
Deep cleans:
A deep clean included everything that a routine clean covers plus scrubbing/wiping down baseboards, walls, doors and window sills.
Everything taken off shelves to be wiped down
CUSTOMS CLEANS AT EXTRA CHARGE
Inside and outside of oven and fridge. Blinds, baseboards and walls scrubbed.
